Tired of the busy city life in Broward county, Tradition has all the peace and tranquility I’m looking for enveloped within a beautiful community. As I ventured out to town, I loved how all my favorite shops were already here, it felt like it was meant to be. The people were friendly, and I liked the array of dining options I will have available for me. I can’t wait to finally move in and make Tradition my home for my hope will be a long time.

We only had 3 items on the punchlist which were attended to immediately. My husband and I moved into our new home mid April. Joe Rauso was our sales agent and Sean Truskowski was our building manager. Both men kept us informed on the progress of our home, sending us pictures and videos to keep us updated.

Joe and Rodney and then Guido, our warranty people responded immediately to questions and small problems. I gave it 4 stars because the landscaping out front and in the back is cheesy. Joe Zalobowski, the other warranty person, has been helpful. Whenever I see him around the community, he's very friendly and willing to answer any question that I have.
